Brisbane Broncos - Marketing Collateral

Challenge:

The Brisbane Broncos are one of the premier clubs in the NRL, known for their strong administration and storied history. With one of the largest fan bases and memberships in the NRL, they understand that complacency can lead to falling behind the competition. Their initial challenge was to create showpiece content to highlight their participation in the inaugural double-header in Las Vegas in March 2024. Despite having a team of internal designers, they recognised the need for ongoing support to effectively roll out their home game marketing suites. In the fast-paced world of sports, timely execution is crucial, and the Broncos are no exception.

Solution:

The first part of the project was to create showpiece creative to announce the Broncos' presence in Las Vegas. To elevate the creative and the moment, we utilised one of our specialist illustrators to produce two iconic pieces featuring the Broncos in their unique Vegas setting. The more consistent challenge was the week-to-week marketing assets. For each home game, we developed two distinct creative concepts, keeping the Broncos' key messaging in mind. Once the initial concept was approved, we then delivered a suite of over 25 different asset sizes for each home game.

Outcome:

On both occasions, we helped deliver a solution to the Broncos' challenges. For the first challenge, we added a skillset that the Broncos team didn't have and delivered their artwork in record time. For their consistent weekly challenge, we took a significant load off the current team, allowing them to focus on delivering creative solutions for the rest of their weekly content. This enabled them to spend more time on player signings/re-signings, themed rounds, featured jerseys, and milestones.
